DESCRIPTION:Yes it’s True…Women Who Look Gorgeous Make More Money!   \nAccording to PayScale.com\, a study in the journal Research in Social Stratification and Mobility found that while attractive people make more money in general\, women’s “attractiveness premium” was entirely due to grooming (makeup\, hair-styling\, etc.) habits. Fortune Magazine stated “Going makeup-free could cost you\,” and stated “…women who spend time and money on their hair and makeup make about $6\,000 more annually than an average-looking\, averagely-groomed woman.” These women also make about $4\,000 more than their better-looking\, but less put-together coworkers. \n“But I don’t have the time and know-how to look gorgeous in the workplace – or for my clients. I’m too busy\,” you say. \nHAVE WE GOT A WORKSHOP FOR YOU! \nMary Suddell\, IBWC member and “most gracious hostess” at the Marquis is a licensed aesthetician who  invited fellow aesthetician Linda Polly (from Bluemercury in Woodbury) to teach you all about the care and nurturing of your skin to keep you looking young and vibrant. They invited Dan Going\, a makeup artist par excellence (a main attraction at Nordstrom) to share the newest trends in cosmetics and to advise you on the most flattering techniques and shades for your features and skin tone. Topping it off is a hair stylist from a popular salon in the area who will speak on the best styling products and latest looks for the fall. \nThis seminar is designed for women of all ages….so make sure you RSVP no later than September 12th to reserve your space.
