DESCRIPTION:You only have one chance to make a good first impression! \nTruer words were never spoken. More now than ever we need to have our act(s) together when we head out into the unforgiving business world. Most of us are judged\, categorized\, accepted or dismissed in the blink of an eye. \nWe can’t afford any “self inflicted” missteps along the way. \nGlenn Rudin\, from Always Been Creative\, presents “Would YOU Do Business with YOU?!” \nHe will take you through basic principles of creating a good impression and gives you a chance to grade yourself on each via discussion and self consideration. Once you’ve graded your current standing in each of the principles you will arrive at a raw score\, which is based on a scale of 1 – 100. \nYou will also know immediately what disciplines you need to improve upon in order to make yourself the most presentable YOU\, you can be. \nThe Principles we will cover at this meeting are: \n1) Appearance – Would YOU want to look at YOU? \n2) Elevator Pitch – Would YOU want to be Pitched by YOU? \n3) Business Card – Would YOU want to receive a business card from YOU? \nEach attendee is sure to leave the seminar with a better understanding of what they need to improve upon as they move forward. \n$5 members/$20 non-members \nRSVP by email to ibwc@ymail.com \n
